To expensive, terrible coffee at breakfast..

Some of the staff were really helpful and readily available to assist with anything. Ifrah (one of the receptionist) and Mogue were particularly amazing and looked after us. They ensured that our stay was as enjoyable.

The guards at the main door were not particularly nice. They often questioned our intentions when going in and out of the hotel. They didn’t trust us that we were staying at the hotel because we were a young couple . We felt disrespected and just somewhat discriminated.

Hotel is excellent. However the staff as Mutaz ,Souleikha ,Nouh and Ayanleh are making the staying at the hotel as great experience. I highly recommend this hotel because the professionally and politeness that I touched on them.

Hotel don’t have valet.

I was very pleased with my stay this time. The only thing that could of improved was room service.

My breakfast was ok my order wasn’t fulfilled when I needed it.

The service wasn’t the same the same perks that I was given before was afforded to me this time.
