the host was very short, and rude. breakfast was gone and it was taking for ever to get more. the juice machine was out of order. and we don't drink coffee. had to change rooms. air didn't work in the first one.

The location is excellent, since it’s on Charleston Southern University‘s campus it is near grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, and essentially everything a family would need during a vacation.

our stay at the hotel was four days and three nights. Our hotel room was not clean once even after we had requested twice to management. Each time we asked, they claim that we had display the do not disturb sign which was not true. The management did ask us to empty our own trash cans by bringing them down from our hotel room to the front desk and they would give us new trash bags as well as clean towels.

This hotel was nice and ease of access to the highway was great. your literally right around the corner from the on ramps. You are also only a couple minutes away from a large shopping area and plenty of restaurants.

There was nothing about the facility that I did not like. only downside is that it is a little ways from downtown Charleston but other than that no complaints at all.

This is my second or third stay and every time has been different. This stay the pool was open and so was the hot tub. The staff front desk and housekeeping was excellent. They were all friendly and considerate of or needs. The rooms were also very comfortable and safe feeling. Even though it was off of the interstate it was very quiet.

Pool and jacuzzi were not cleaned on the next day of our visit, so we were unable to enjoy them on the second day.

Convenience as close to the medical facility where had an appointment. Checkin was easy and Nicki was very helpful in changing my room from the 3 rd floor to the bottom level due to swelling in my lower limbs after my 12 hr ride.

Unfortunately wasn’t to the fault of the facility. It was the constant slamming of the door by other hotel guests near our room late at night. I always realize much has changed due to COVID, but, the once great tasting breakfast we experience two years prior, was just terrible.

Breakfast was good. Enjoyed!

Very Clean and Spacious Room, Excellent location...Very Quiet and Peaceful surroundings...Perfect for what I was looking for! Very good hot breakfast...Staff were all great!! Part of the hotel was being utilized for the next-door University's Dorm "overflow", but that was not an issue or concern at all...Only the second floor was off-limits to males due to this.

The lobby is very beautiful and they have coffee waiting for you, which was nice. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The room was nice and I appreciated having coffee and tea in the room as well as a microwave. We also liked that we could eat outside on a nice patio for breakfast.

We were given a wheel-chair accessible room which I didn't realize right away. I thought some things were strange such as the coat hanger being half way to the floor! We had handicapped bars in the bathroom and no side table on one side of the bed, which we think was for a wheel-chair. The microwave and fridge were down on the floor. I just didn't like the "feel" of being in that kind of room and had I known it was a room for wheel-chairs, I would not have taken the room. Another thing we did not like was the light cover on the bed. It felt like just a sheet. There was no place to hang towels, except for a hook on the back of the door. The breakfast food was so-so, although we did enjoy the waffles that we could make hot. The Jacuzzi heater was broken and we were very disappointed that we weren't able to enjoy the Jacuzzi.
