Shuttle service stops at 10pm. From Airport.if you have a late flight,no shuttle to hotel. We had to stay at another hotel on our return night to get free shuttle. I would recommend manager change shuttle times to later,as other hotels are .

The front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping staff were incredible!

Every thing we’re great

Very quiet, the room was large, the bed was quite comfortable.

The pool and jacuzzi were not open.

The Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the pond in the back of the property.

Friendly and helpful staff but be aware the airport shuttle only runs till 11 p.m. so if your plane arrives after that you must rely on Uber, Lyft, or taxi..That fact alone, along with incorrect shuttle information provided by the person at front desk a couple of months previously. When we booked, cost us about an hour late at night when we were already very tired. I can't comment on breakfast, since it closes at 9 a.m. (a problem after a late night).

Shuttle hours, breakfast hours ( see above). While very clean and well.maintained, the facility seems a bit tired. Sheets very thin, room quite chilly on bbvbv arrival (did warm up after a while).

super clean and nice hotel! loved everything about it, the room was super spacious and the staff was friendly. the breakfast was super good as well. Would definitely stay here again.

I wish the pool and hot tub was open. I booked a few months in advance and saw they weren’t open but I was expecting them to be reopened by the time we stayed. I felt like they should get that fixed because people pay good money to stay there.

Monse at the front desk (said she was "the manager") was extremely rude, argumentative and unprofessional. She seemed to take sheer pleasure in being difficult and condescending. I have worked in the customer service industry for 10+ years and typically get along well with anyone. She's a definite bad first impression for a otherwise pretty good hotel.

The location was great and the room was pretty large. Plenty of parking.

Staff lacked customer service skills. The breakfast was always understocked. The room was not in the best condition. Bathroom door was scratched and had dings in it. The bathroom vanity mirror was very worn. The curtains were stained. Pool and hot tub were down the entire stay. When asked the staff just shrugged and said they didn't know if or when it would be back up.

It would have been nicer to have some organic food options! The chef seemed very nice. He was happy and seemed very content to help and support the clientele at the hotel.

The check in staff seemed unhappy and were not as friendly as other staff.

Location! Was a beautiful view! Lots of parking and rooms were clean!

Pool not working. Staff seemed to be annoyed at all times. Breakfast was good when they would keep it stocked. Half the time it was gone. Even an hour before Breakfast was over.

Vacuuming edges could improve in the room, nightstand wasn’t wiped down and had bowl residue from prior guest, bathroom needs some updating-shower was good and clean, but patched holes in door and peeling ceiling paint.

I loved that the hotel was so quiet and my privacy was respected.
