Even though I checked in for 3 nights, they had me checking out after 1 night.

Restaurant convenience and larger rooms than most other hotels
Lack of cleaning of my room unless I asked for it to be done. I would recommend cleaning after the 3rd or 4th day.

Room was a little dated, but clean and had all the things needed to travel. I was impressed with the size. No breakfast offered.
The morning staff member didn't impress me. She was sitting at the desk (not sure what she was doing) no one else in the lobby. I had to get her attention that I was checking out. She said ok what room. She continued to sit, so I had to ask for a receipt, as this was a business trip. She said, oh ok, got up looked at the computer, said oh they show that it will be emailed to you. I then left. NEVER got a receipt emailed.

I made it to town
I swear I don't complain but sadly this is my 2 time complaining. Before I came I had wrote property on how my son with stage 4 cancer was coming and I needed room clean.and everything working since had issues at another time. Got there TV didn't work phone didn't work. Chair was filthy. Had to switch rooms cause it was close to maintenance leaving I guess and they didn't want to mess woth it. Then in sec room toilet needed to be plunged everytime some used it. N then next morning it over flooded and went on floor. Needed to be at hospital to pick son up. Wanted a shower and to at least pee before we left. Ended up.just leaving. Plus was charged 3 times. Still waiting to see if I get reimbursed. Sadly we are thinking we will have to find a different hotel to deal with my sons issues in town

A very good value. Huge rooms, comfortable bed. The restaurant isn’t bad, and the bartender took food orders and bused tables, a very hard worker. Would stay again
Alss, the Shilo’s glory days are behind her. The hotel is very worn around the edges. Carpeting needs replacing, the wifi is weak, & decor is right out of the 80’s, but if you’re ok with that, a good place to stay before a flight.

reserved this hotel because we wanted a hot tub. the hot tub was out of order. we were 4 people reserved for 2 days and had only 2 towels in the room. when I called asking to bring us towels they replied you need to come get them. The tv did not work well couldn’t get a lot of channels. our toilet over flowed when I called to report they asked me to come get towels and put them on the floor. they then told us to move to another room and offered no help. no tv guide in the room, no menu for the restaurant, no information on local activities no extra blankets or pillows. it was awful. I will never return.

the first room we were in was dirty toe nails and hair in the bathtub so they changed us rooms and the second room the bed was remade in their was hair all over it and random food in the fridge the manger said they wanted to comp us on our first night but couldn’t because I went thru booking

I slept well and the conference rooms were perfect for my group's needs. Staff who served food were fantastic.
When I checked in the night before, I asked where my conference was located. The woman checking me in had no idea.

Room /suite was comfortable
Didn't like the fact that the jacuzzi is out of order. Also, because I stayed two nights, they refused to clean room, make bed and provide clean linen. Only would give me towels and new wash clothes and face towels if I went down to front desk and asked. Which i did do ànd they provided them. . Not sure if I will stay there again. May look at staying somewhere else in future that is more guest oriented.

Convenient, nice big rooms, clean.
No blanket on the bed, just a sheet, and then another sheet on top. Had to turn the heat up to 75 to keep warm.

My room was not clean. There was a washcloth on the bed and a glass with something in it on the counter. The bar soap was also opened and used. I was too tired to go back to the front desk and get another room, so I just stayed. The front desk staff was very nice and efficient.

It was spacious.
The temperature of the room was in the 40s when we arrived and took several hours for the space heater to warm it up to 72. The restaurant adjoining the hotel was also very, very cold. The carpets need to be vacuumed. The entire hotel needs a refresh and updating. I believe this hotel is understaffed and the problem is a 100% a management problem at the corporate level.

It is comfortable, the room is very spacious.
The carpet was in horrible/stained condition. I think it is very necessary to either deep clean the entire hotel's carpet or simply replace it.

Close to the airport amazing pool. Staff was upbeat helpful and very kind. Shuttle to and from the airport was quick and on time.

We have stayed there before and we like it. the rooms are spacious and comfortables. Also the restaurant is very good.
It could use a deeper cleaning. There was a big spot on the carpet.

As much as I like the Shilo Inn, the hotel seems to be struggling. Rooms don't need to be cleaned until a customer leaves.

Room at Embassy Suits on Pine St was broken into so I was stressed and scared. But from first call asking about shuttle, the girl at the desk was so kind and helpful.
