Clean, breakfast ok

Ease of check-in and check-out.

Trim falling off shower door. Funky smell that I could not pin point. loud music playing in the parking lot till late at night.

The beds were comfortable.

When we arrived, the man was on the phone, and my husband and I felt like we were disturbing him. The hotel is outdated. The hallways were dark and dreary. There was a neighboring guest approximately 2 rooms down from me and my husband, we were all on the ground floor, and he had the window open and was sitting outside. It looked like he had an extension cord or something out of his window. My husband and I just didn't feel comfortable there. They added $50.00 on my credit card to cover any damages that may concur while there and if everything is OK it's supposed to get put back onto my card. The toilet seat was loose so I immediately reported it because I wasn't going to be held accountable for that. It should have been fixed before we got there. Because when the housekeepers do their cleaning they should either fix it themselves or report it. I shouldn't have to do their job for them. I expected more out of the room for the price of it. Their continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal and apples. I'm sorry to say that we were disappointed.

It was close to skyline hospital. Several restaurants nearby. Room was dated but clean. Beds were comfortable.

Came back from breakfast the day of checkout at 0950 and found our room door propped open with the luggage rack. Our belongings were still in the room. The beds had all of the sheets removed and piled on top of the desk. Check out was at 1100. The extra lock on the door, where you put the bar around the ball was broken. It was missing the ball. It looked like someone in the past had tried to break into the room. The screen looked like it had been pried open.

Room had a very strong smell of mildew, shower door was broken and lobby bathroom was out of order

Didn't eat the breakfast, so, can't speak to it. Close to the highway made it easy to pop in and out of downtown Nashville. Plenty of parking. Rooms were big, and water pressure and hot water were good which is always nice. Big roomy shower and comfortable bed.

15 minute drive to broadway, beds were comfy and room was clean.

breakfast is only served until 9 am, and for us being a younger couple going to broadway late each night, we missed it both days.

It was about 15 mins from downtown

There were some sketchy folks when traveling away from I-65. We ate at a Krystal Burger. Only the drive thru was open so we ate in the car. There was a man who kept circling the parking lot. we felt uncomfortable and left before we finished.

I love everything, good location. Hotel room looks exactly like the picture, it smelled good, they really meant when said no smoking room, it didn't smell like cigarettes, restroom clean, love it.

I didn't like the lady said breakfast is over and turned off the lights, that was rude. Even when we as guest know what time breakfast is over, we can finish our breakfast in the breakfast area. May be she was having a bad day. Other than that I will book again.
