I didn’t dislike anything about the property. The rooms were a little dated but that wasn’t a big deal considering everything was clean and in working condition.

it was right across the street from a mall. The hot tub and pool were nice.

we had to go to the desk numerous times because our key wouldn’t work for the side door (closest to our room) or gym. The gym had only one pair of 50 lb weights, a couple treadmills and an elliptical. Breakfast was horrible.

Breakfast was the best part! Everything was fresh and restocked and the ladies took exceptional attention to my kids needs.

The beds were super comfortable to sleep on. The hotel manager was delightful. Staff can learn a thing or two from him.

This was a bad experience. The first guy at the front desk was rude and stated at me like I was a moron and wasting his time. We were given a room with a ripped computer chair, broken shower curtain bar that almost fell on my son, broken heater, and stained sheets. Maintenance came up and blamed us for breaking the shower bar, but we did not. It was poorly installed and should have been a recognized problem since housekeeping sees it daily and is supposed to replace the shower curtain daily (According to the manger). Then, We were moved to a room with a similar shower bar issue. I brought it up to the next shift person at the front desk and he stared at me like I was bothering him but sent maintenance to the new room to fix the issue (which he did). The shower Rod was not connected to the wall securely, so he fixed it. However, other issues were that we had the wrong remote for the tv, and the bedsheets had hair and stains. yuck. Breakfast offered a variety but looked unpleasant. The eggs looked gross, the potatoes looked soggy, but the Sausage was okay. We had some of the food and drinks. However, the ice dispenser should probably be cleaned since hair and other particles were in the water cup afterward. Most the staff are unfriendly and uninformative. They act like they hate their job or people.

This place was better than some 4 star hotels I have stayed in.

The breakfast options were great and The pool and hot tub area very clean and great. Rooms were larger than other Quality Inns we have stayed in the past. Could fit Queen blow up mattress for kids in two queen room.

There were so many kids in the pool/hot tub area you couldn’t swim first night. not the hotel fault. Just too crowded.

The manager is who checked us in & was friendly. our room was nice & clean. The pool is well taken care of the the hot breakfast was great! This stay was worth every penny & we will be back.

this was our 2nd stay and we came back because the location is excellent. The beds are comfy. The staff is friendly. They have a good breakfast.

Many hot choices for breakfast varied each day. Large, clean dining area. Close to highway,, but not noisy

Heating unit fan somewhat noisy and came on a lot . Room a little tight but had all amenities.

The quiet was nice.

The staff was rude before it was time to check out.
