It was my 1st Hilton stay and for the money paid we were extremely disappointed. The rooms temp when we entered was 66 degrees and we couldn't control the temp as the heat didn't work, as well the refrigerators temperature control knob was broken and two of the lights in the room were inoperable. As far as I could tell the refrigerator didnt work! We contacted the desk twice to know real resolution, the clerk didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. The 3rd time I contacted the desk was in person, I was upset and we were exhausted after a full day on the road. I was then assigned another room after a hour and a half of freezing and supposed heating and air conditioning resets at 1:30 in the morning.
I didn't like that the desk person didn't do something more than reset the system twice. He didn't seem to have any regard for the issue and never checked to see if in fact the heating and air conditioning got fixed. He was also non-apologetic! As well, a manager was suppose to contact me and I haven't heard from ANYONE! The issues I encountered should have been caught on daily inspection.

Waiting in line twice then only to find the room key didn’t work I also found myself in a handicap room that had not been serviced. Waste in the toilet and no soap was awful and was too late to change rooms. When using the shower in a tub with all the handicap attachments made it very difficult to safely shower. Also I had to wait for the soap and bottle water and for my key as there was only one person on staff

The rooms was clean.
I literally had no key to my room. Staff was fixing stuff on their end and I had them let me in the room bc they couldn’t provide me a key at the time of checkin. When I went to car to get my stuff I had to put a trash can in front of my room door so I could get back in my room. Again no room key for 2 hours into stay. I had things to go. I had no key. For the price I paid that was not called for or normal. It is not my problem they had problems with the keys. I paid for my Room

Location, price and very very clean
Better directional signs would be helpful. The pre-paid breakfast was odd. You weren’t allowed to get your own food. That was uncomfortable. Lots of employees hanging out at the front desk.

Room was not available at check in time
When we finally got the room 7:30 pm, the floor in entryway was sticky.
Room 209 was noisy I believe due to heating / air conditioning units on roof outside our window.

I did not make it to breakfast unfortunately so I can't speak on it but we had a problem with the safe in our room and the front desk sent help immediately to resolve the problem. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was happy to see a coffee maker in my room since they aren't being put in the rooms at all hotels as they once were.

The bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival (leftover hair) but quickly fixed when I called down. We stay here every few months and this was the first time we’ve had this issue.

We are very disappointed that there is not a free breakfast buffet at his hotel. The price they charge is terrible considering their rates to stay there.
