Beautiful property, quiet, friendly staff.

The hotel was wonderful. The rooms and grounds are both great. The Silver Pine was delicious. If we are ever back in Flagstaff again we would stay and would recommend to others.

Breakfast is delicious, the scenery is also beautiful, and the staff service is also very good.

First I want to say my stay was fantastic! I enjoyed my time! The friendliness of the staff! I forgot to bring my eye drops and I was able to get some from your onsite store. The restaurant had a variety of meals to choose from. The room was very clean. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times already and will stay again.

The view from the room could be worked on this there was a large tree. Was not able to see pass it.

Beautiful rustic hotel with lovely grounds, fabulous restaurant, and spacious rooms. Service was exceptional, particularly the Restaurant staff. A real highlight of our trip to the US. The location was ideal for us as we were sightseeing during our trip. Would highly recommend it.

So beautiful and clean! It felt like we were staying at a 5-Star resort. The outside was dated, but the inside was very nice. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The restaurant staff was not friendly at all. Made us feel somewhat uncomfortable. We had been travelling all day and probably looked a little disheveled, and we had our children with us. But our children were very well behaved. We just felt out of place.

What a top-notch hotel. We had never seen this hotel. With the ice storm that came through, this hotel didn't go up in price. We got stuck in Flagstaff AZ, and we had to find a hotel to stay overnight. Booking comes through again. An unbelievable price and stay.

My sister and I stay at this establishment everytime we come up to Flag. The staff is amazing and they even remember us when we come back, We love that. The outdoor area outback is our fave and this time we got to see all of the Christmas light and they were stunning. We even built a snow man and did a snowy hike out back. We will always stay here when in Flag they are the best.

This time around our room was incredibly expensive so that was not the best. We know it was because of the limited time the lights are up but WOW. Also the pillows here do not hold thier shape and so they do not support our necks. We always have to bring our own pillows from home. Last thing...there was a storm warning the next day and we chose to not say the second night to get down to Phoenix safley. Of course they did not provide a refund for that. I know it is not anyone's fault really....but it would have been nice since we stay there a lot if the hotel would have offered something in the way of compensation. Drink tickets, a free meal next time we stay ...something.

The property is really well located (even though it is not in the city center), awesomely decorated (for Xmas/New Year), reception staff super friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are magnificent and very, very clean.
