?????? I mistakenly thought that the reservations were for November 15 and 16. When I discovered that they were for November 22 and 23, I asked the desk clerk to confirm that they were, in fact,booked, fully intending to stay there for those 2 days also.
She was so rude, telling me that NO! I did NOT have future reservations either. I was so taken aback that I left. On November 24, I found that my bank account was charged for reservations that I was told didn't exist.
I can't evaluate a stay that didn't happen!

Convenience of parking.
Hotel room was VERY dirty upon arrival. It doesn’t feel like it’s in a super safe neighborhood either.
There is no front desk agent, it’s all online and you can connect with someone via camera. Doesn’t feel great talking to someone who isn’t even on property.

The room with a kitchenette was nice. It was clean and the full size refrigerator would be nice on the event my stay was longer.
The door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and they made minimal provisions to repair it. Not a huge concern as we only used the room to sleep before heading back to Phoenix.
They were only supposed to put a"temporary" $100 hold on my credit card. I questioned the actual physical charge on my account upon checkout. When I politely questioned the front desk, the ladies at the front were very short and snippy about it. After about a week, the charge was still there. I had to call again about the charge and in a rude tone was informed it would take several business days. My concern is what if I hadn't been checking my credit card balance/usage? How many others have been ripped off? I eventually got my credit back in the end. Way too much time and energy for something that could've easily been avoided and rectified much sooner. I won't stay there again.

They didn't give me the room I reserved. An my room wasn't sweeped and cleaned you can tell their was hair everywhere.

Room was remolded and just okay
The price was not worth the room. The hotel is old and they are remodeling so a lot of construction. Area has a lot of homeless people and trash all over property. Stairs were nasty and walk way was dirty and trash on it.
The room was remolded but the bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly, broken and bathtub/shower was painted and the paint was peeling off it. It was a no smoking room with cigarette burn mark on bathtub.
People in and out all night with parties.

Housekeeping. I asked upon arrival and called two more times on different days for housekeeping to sweep/mop floors (remodeling is currently being done on all the rooms and my new hotel room has dirt, cement, grit on the floors. Our feet get very dirty and we had to put a towel between the beds to wipe our feet before getting into bed) housekeeping never came. If u want towels for your room, you have to hunt housekeeping down to get them or go to the front office. When we asked for more towels, we asked housekeeping why they haven’t cleaned our room (explained how we requested housekeeping 3 separate days) we were told that the owner is supposed to the clean rooms. I’m a regular traveler at this location. This hotel is the cheapest regarding having a kitchen to cook food for anyone looking to stay a week or longer. Other hotels are way too expensive. I like that they allow pets.
I just recently returned from Phoenix last Tuesday and was informed that they just started a new policy of 100 deposit if u stay less a week and 200 if u stay for a week or longer. I definitely cannot afford this new deposit policy. Don’t know what to do now.

The room was filthy (crumbs, hair, dirt), the beds were so uncomfortable that we didn’t sleep most of the night, the non smoking room smelled like smoke, and when we went to the staff about this, they would only give us an email to complain to. It has been a week and no response.

The heater or ac did not work the bed where just remade and linens where not exchanged there was hair in the sheets the whole room was falling apart the doors where about to fall off the hinges the small refrigerator sounds like a jet engine about to take off it was the worst stay at any hotel.

Check-in was a horrible! Did not have my reservation, was on & off phone for two hrs w/ Priceline, Booking.com, & third party ( I forget name). They kept hanging up, putting me on hold, pointing fingers at each other, & promising it would all be fixed very soon.... which it was not. Not sure if problem was w/ Priceline reservation system, Studio 6, or lack of coordination / communication between them.
A traveling companion had the exact same problem /w his "non-reservation"..... I remember jokingly asking him to hang up so I could move up one slot in the on- hold waiting line!

The only thing i liked was that the shower was hot and the place looked nice
First off, nowhere does it state the hotel is doing construction the same time you are staying there. When i informed the front desk they blew me off and told me they won't wake me up which they infact did from a nap. They tried to move me a different room and that room was under construction and torn apart. They are super loud and don't care if you're sleeping or not. They work from 8am to 8 pm, so if you get in super late, you're screwed. The construction workers have horrible attitudes and proceeded to park in the middle of the hotel parking lot in straight line, so you couldn't really get out. There's only one outlet by the bed so good luck with that. The shower curtain doesn't even reach all the way to the floor so when you take a shower you get water all over the bathroom floor.

Thought we were getting a room in the pics advertised but we're actually being placed in second set of units going through renovation. Kind of sketchy with what seemed like workers living out of vehicles. Beds were springy, carpets were somewhat damp.

TV volume doesn't work, tried calling front desk multiple times and they didn't answer.
The door had two big voids at the bottom of it..definitely big enough for bugs to crawl in, which we did have a few bugs make it in, and leaves/debris from it being windy.
