Cannot give a good review, the staff didn’t clean the room, we saw a cockroach and also a dead insect of some sort. When we went to tell them about the situation they then gaslighted us, they also didn’t let us cancel the reservation, actually lied to booking.com and told them that we stayed, which we did not.

It was recently renovated per office. New mattress and room was very clean.

Parking. Was very close to front and barely park especially a suv.

Price is the best.

Hotel West Inn: Not luxurious, but clean and convenient location.

Stains on bed sheets is always a sign of disrespect to the customer. The entrance of the motel is already a sign that something is wrong. Worst motel from the nine motels we stayed on our road-trip.

It is out of my character to write reviews, however I feel the need to write a review about this place and to WARN future people to not stay here. *please look at the pictures I took as well to see for yourself* If I could give this place a negative review I would. It is an absolute scam. When I first entered the parking lot, I thought that the place looked a little run down at first but I was not going to judge a book by its cover. My girlfriend went into the front office and came back out with the room key, we then drove over to room 111 and walked inside. At first it was alright until I went to go lay down on the bed and noticed piss and blood stains on the bed sheets. It was like everywhere I looked something was stained and disgusting. Dirt or mascara on the pillow covers, piss and sweat stains on the linens and blood spots on the comforters. I decided to lift up the bedsheets and I found an actual blood soaked mattress which really was not a nice thing to see. The cabinet in the bathroom was broken, the towels in the bathroom were crusty and stained and everything was absolutely disgusting. I greeted the man at the front desk with the upmost respect asking for my girlfriends money back, and he responded with complete disrespect to me. He was explaining how I shouldn't be complaining since I am paying a "low price" but the room was inhabitable. We didn't get our money back and we are being accused of not returning the room key even though I left the room key in the room and left. This place is a total scam. Please do not stay here, this place does not deserve the right to stay open.

I booked a room yesterday at Budget Host Inn for $124 and when I came to the facility I was shocked. The room was dirty, and disgusting. The mattress was covered with blood spots as someone got murdered there, curtains had mold in them, the bathroom counter and cabinets were completely broken and dirty, all the towels weren't clean at all, microwave was dirty as well, fringe didn't work, literally everything in that room was dirty or broken. The toilet and air conditioner were dirty also. I want to get full refund because this property didn't cost even a $1. This business has to be shut down because of not meeting sanitary norms!

Very nice location. Simple basic hotel. Owners are working very hard to bring up the property up to speed.
