No AC in room not working no. One comes to fix it

Staff was super friendly and professional. The pool was an added bonus (I didn't see that when I booked). Room was clean and comfortable.

View from the room was a parking lot with semi-trailer staring at me.

The bathroom was poor and there was no soap or anything for showering and had to go buy it from 7/11

Good location quiet clean great breakfast

I mostly like the location mostly because it’s close to where i grew up.

Below my room there was a door to the outside parking lot where workers would congregate. Not comfort inn, workers, but workers who were staying there on assignment with their company. They had service trucks parked there. For a couple nights two or three of them were very loud and drunk and throwing beer cans around below my window. one of them was using foul language constantly. I had my nine-year-old daughter with me and we had to walk past them. I complain to the front office, but she couldn’t leave the desk. I called the police on one occasion, but after an hour, they still hadn’t shown up. I don’t know if I’ll stay in this comfort inn again. One other thing. My bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain, but it had a shower curtain bar. Also, we only got two large towels to use, and we needed more to clean the water off the floor from the shower.

Comfort Inn is a pleasant property to stay in. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. Enjoyed the amenities...the fitness room, pool, hot tub and daily breakfast.

A bit of feedback that may be helpful. The hot tub unfortunately had too much chlorine, so if you had the jets on it burned your eyes. The hot portion of the breakfast was the same everyday which if you have a longer stay as we did, it would be nice to switch it up a bit, ie., adding bacon instead of sausage each day. It would also be helpful to have the butter at room temperature instead of in the fridge. It is very difficult to spread cold butter on toast and waffles.

the bed had hair all over it. Was given another room, fridge was dirty, spots on floor in bathroom and room had an odor.

I did like everything. The room (I asked for a quiet one, and they met the demand), the whole staff (thank you, Chitale!), the delicious breakfast and the cleanliness.
