Courteous staff

Stains on couch cushions, sink faucet leaking so much so that it had a puddle on the bathroom floor. Put a towel down and did not complain since it was a 1 night stay and we were changing to our conference hotel the next day. The bed was comfortable but there were these small pillows, not even worth calling throw pillows, that barely had any cushion in them.

Hotel desk attendant was great! Go VJ. And an amazing mattress.

Our room was really dirty, bathroom was really dirty, hallway carpet was gross, our bathtub was super gross and hard to shower in, tv stand was broken and leaning, tv receptor wouldn’t work

The room was spacious and comfortable , location is good nearby both airports (lov airport is closer then DFW) but its well positioned to be near by the down town .

Building has a SMELL - specially when you get in the room you will feel that bad smell from carpet until you turn on AC and after a while you will get used to it :) Breakfast sucks! very limited options and they need to improve on it . They can include - Some fresh fruits - Yogurts ( good quality vs the one they had) - Have some good quality donuts /muffins etc. There was none. - No Eggs / Omletes etc. without an egg how is it even a breakfast :) ? I think they need to improve the breakfast and also if possible improve the seating arrangement. The kitchen area + the business center is merged in SINGLE room so its not that comfortable. Will i stay here again ? I think so NO. The price/value is not worth it.

Good location from the freeway. Only 10 minutes from the mall. Enjoyed the indoor pool.

The shower curtain needed replacing in our room and it seemed their wasn’t a working vending machine on the first floor.
