friendly staff, really like the indoor pool

The beds were so hard

The staff is always friendly, in the mornings you have a great view of the sunset, and the rooms have a full sized refrigerator.

Could use a little updating and the beds were not comfortable.

Location.

Ceiling leaked from the bath above us. Entry door dragged across the floor when opening/closing and made a horrible noise. Reported it the first day. No one ever came to repair or even check on. Limited parking.

The beds were very comfy.

The hallway was stinky.

The location was great and worth the price.

The hotel room itself is dated. The money your spending, the bathroom was dingy with weird marks all over the mirror, carpet and furniture hasn’t been replaced since these hotels have opened. Our room faced a parking lot pool from a neighboring hotel. For $1000 for 3 nights., we (the public) should expect more from OC hotels in general. i could of stayed in Key West with breakfast , a beautiful salt water pool with tropical flowers /palms and an updated beautiful room for 4 nights at same price. it’s a joke.

Bed was comfortable.

Broken faucet in tub, broken kitchen cabinet, no parking, toilet key running.

was dirty,hairy pool,dirty room and whole hotel,staff was nasty and rude including manager ,hotel towed my car while I was staying in hotel and cost me $385 + almost damage my car from towing and now costing me $3500,spent $1600 to stay in hotel spent almost 2 days straighting out everything about my car and we left day early cuz A/C broke in our room and they didn't have anybody to fix our A/C?property manager was very rude when I ask him to bring my car back from towing company he said it's my problem not his so I said we don't wanna stay here anymore would like to get our money back then he said I don't care if we stay here or not and not getting any money back?I will not recommend anyone to stay here at Bonita beach hotel

I liked the location and the balcony and certain staff were great help

it had a foul odor especially on the fourth floor. could not take advantage of the pool since people in there had inner tubes and pool toys that took a lot of space. we also tried to do laundry and the washer was not working properly so we had to cancel other plans to rewash clothes

I loved that the room was large and very comfortable for my family of 4. It I think it would do for a family of 6! The check in staff were very hospitable and gave us our room over 2 hours before check in time. The hotel was generally quiet, so we slept well. The beach was very close. The swimming pool was clean and the sun deck enjoyable. I appreciated the large Fridge in our room which was cold enough to freeze drinks!

The shower head was old and the AC a little noisy. The hotel arcade had two real games and not much fun. The phone did not work but the check in staff gave us a mobile number to contact for questions.
