We stay at Onshore very often and this was the worst room we've had but only because of the location. We had a view of the front parking lot and the dirty indoor pool.

We reserved and paid for a harbor view (this reservation was followed by a call to confirm it had a water view balcony)but the view was of the parking areas and the enclosed indoor pool covering. the only way you knew there was a harbor was a few tops of sailboat masts could be seen poking about the roof of the pool building. Also, the outdoor pool was closed due to emergency repairs that would be going on for over a month! I did not know resurfacing the pool was an emergency during the month of July. The checkin desk attendants told how upset we were about the view and noise of the trash truck and people hanging around in the parking lots below our room, but did nothing about it. they said they would inform management (who were off for the weekend). We also choose this property due to the advertised fitness center. It was only open from 9am to 8pm! So we were not able to use it as expected during the early morning or later evenings. Many other small complaints that unfortunately leaves us feeling very misled in how the property was represented. We would not go back or recommend it to others.

The location was great and the apartment was spacious.

Our apartment was on the 2nd floor and the master bedroom was facing a bar/restaurant and it was extremely loud at night.

The resort was located right on Thames St. Just leave you car parked and walk to the many amenities available in the area. The two bedroom suite had more than enough space to accommodate our family of four. The private patios on each opposing side of the suite was a great feature. We visited in the winter months so we were unable to enjoy the feature, but I can only imagine if we visited resort during the warmer months.

Overall, the cleanliness off our suite was as expected. However, our two full bathrooms had some stray hairs found in them. And the hairs did not belong to our family.

Everything about this place is great! The location, the rooms, and the staff. It was a perfect 2 days. One if our friends has already reebooked for another time. And I will definitely stay here again!!!

Parking spot was tight but that cant be helped. And the corridors echo so you can hear the people in the next room. They were having a party and it was loud..

apparently the office closed at around 11pm. we didnt know about that but thankfully we got there at 10.30pm. otherwise we wouldnt know where to sleep that night.
