This was our second time staying at this property. The staff is always very helpful, kind and answer questions quickly. The property is clean and well organized and convenient to downtown.

The other guests were extremely noisy. Slamming doors, yelling in the hallways, running all over the place. The people above and next to us were obnoxious the entire weekend. I understand that this property has a lot of family amenities and people tend to be more relaxed with "rules" while on vacation but that shouldn't mean having complete disregard of others.

Location was awesome! Property was very clean.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel. Was not included. The room was great with an awesome view of the water/marina. Felt comfortable. Floor was quiet.

check-in was at the other hotel; our keycards somehow got deactivated from the main doors so we could not get into our room. we had to go back over and get new cards. took about 5 minutes before someone showed up to help.

Location by the water and down the street from many nice places.

Parking was a disaster. The amenities listed were across the street in a different building . Not convenient to wake up and go for a swim or game room, when it’s rainy or chilly outside. I tried to call to inform them of a later check in and was out on hold for 13 minutes until I eventually hung up. The second day there I came back to the room after a long day out to both keys not working. Had to go across the road to the main building to get new ones

check-in unorganized shower was hot than cold and it was a very noticeable change furniture was not very comfortable for me

We love the location of the hotel and the views from the rooms.

The linens are old and crummy looking. They're very thin from multiple uses and cleanings. Access to a better pool would be great, but not absolutely necessary.

Location including complimentary parking. The kitchenette.

Internet was not working during most of our stay. This property was also a little run down. Windows for example did not open easily due to many years in a salt water air. Couch in living area very uncomfortable.
