Everything was great.

That we asked for bath towels and the cleaning staff told us to go to the front desk. We got pool towels. One of the pool out couches bedding was not changed.

Location on beach never got to use any kayaks

It was dirty, party animal below us 4 families. Kayaks were dirty , sitting by the pool got sprayed from kids using hose. I paid 200 more for beach front and stared at garbage the whole time. Our deck was full of cob webs. I complained wrote letter to owner wanting at least refund for lake view...she didn't have Cortisy to reply!!!! We slept there only after the party stopped around midnight. Checked out at 9 am!!!! Never got towels we requested. Oh families where cleaning out kayaks in am as they where checking out!!!

I liked the location of the resort, close to attractions , restaurants and lake.

The room - it below all the expectations. The smell in a room was disgusting . I requested to change the room but only person at the reception was busy accommodating other guests. We stays for couple hours outside of the room because staying inside wasn’t something that could be tolerated. After waiting a few hours, I could again to the reception to come and look at the room and was told by administration that I wake him up. He was surprised that I waited so long for room change. Overall, there is no customer service or accommodation that I was accepted to recieve for the price that I paid.

Able to hear everything from the hallway. I understand it is a pet friendly place but to have someone 2 doors down leave their dog alone which barked nonstop was annoying. We never said anything because we knew nothing would be done. The back deck needed to be restained badly.
