I liked how it made me feel like I had a home away from home. I had 4 kids in my room and 2 adults and the room was very spacious. Best hotel I stayed at by far. Definitely would be coming back and would definitely recommend to anyone who is going to stay in Wisconsin Dells.

Well, could be just me but I really wanted my room to be cleaned and beds made after the first night there out of my 2 day stay but I forgot to take down my privacy sign on the door. I think the maids should ask the guests every day if they want their rooms cleaned or not. Every other hotel I have stayed at in the past does this. But i am use to cleaning up after a family of 6 so I just did it myself.

The location was perfect not super busy area. And the breakfast was pretty good. Super clean.

I didn't realize you only get 1 pass for the waterpark when booking through a third party, but the hotel was very accommodating and gave us the 3 extra passes. Anyone who books through a third party beware. Just book through the hotel they're very nice.

Breakfast was fine. I was most impressed with the man behind the desk. Don't remember his name but it was Sunday, July 30th. He was the second shift guy. He was personable and professional while handling all kinds of things at once. If I owned an operation like that he'd be exactly who I'd want to run it.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE . MY FAMILY LOVED THE POOL INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.

EXCEPT THAT NO ONE CAME TO CLEAN THE ROOM DURING THE DAYS I WAS THERE, OBVIOUSLY THEY DIDN'T TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE EITHER.

If you have a dog and want to rest I warn you don't show up there. They advertise that the hotel is dog friendly - it's a lie. The dog must be brought in through the side entrance, they tell you to hide it on the lawns everywhere signs not for dogs, there is some neglected grass at the back of the hotel without a waste basket. What should I do with it? Your dog can't bark or they'll take $150 without your knowledge. At the reception they don't want to talk, there's a guy sitting there for whom you are nothing. We won't be back.Another lie is the price for a dog's stay, customer service says that the price is $ 10-35, our small dog £ 9 was priced at $ 50 per night.

Too many people for breakfast area, Room had a strange smell.

The facilities were nice and well maintained. It was fairly quiet and impeccably clean. Staff were accommodating and pleasant.

The layout of the building is terrible. You have to walk all the way to one end of the very long building to reach breakfast and the lift, meaning that everyone is constantly disturbed by groups of people filing past their room with suitcases etc. However this is not the fault of the management nor the staff, just a point worth noting as it’s inconvenient. Breakfast was terrible. The selection of food was not great (mainly heavily processed, sugary foods), and the breakfast area itself was a huge let down. It was a small, dismal space with no natural light and not nearly enough seating for the number of guests staying (not to mention that breakfast only runs from 7:30 to 9 so a high concentration of people coming through). However the worst part for us was the fact that they are using disposable plates, cutlery and cups for every single person, every day. Some people were using several plates per sitting. The amount of waste being generated is horrendous, and of course all straight to landfill. Nothing being recycled. In this day and age of climate change, we feel this is inexcusable. All hotels should be responsible enough to take action and improve on their sustainability policies and performance. Nobody should be running their business like this anymore. We went to breakfast on our first morning, and though it was included in the price we did not go again during our stay. Whilst our visit was pleasant in other ways, sadly we would not stay again for this reason.
