the dirt spots in the water park are pretty bad, they need new paint or somebody to actually scrub. there was hair in our tub too. but we made it work.

there were a lot of attractions, and the atmosphere was great

peeling paint and wallpaper, stained carpet and tables, some staff were indifferent, hard to understand or lacked enthusiasm…. I get it, it’s hard to find help at all but housekeeping and the dining were ok, whereas the lifeguards, shop attendants and reception were fantastic. the arcade employees are either rude and taught to steal/ zero out credits remaining on a child’s game card or need to be fired.

a lot of disappointment with the hype of great wolf lodge and the resort was in need of great repair and really lacked compared to other resorts I’ve stayed at in the dells. The resort really needs some major updates to compare to the other resorts.

Loved the location, staff was friendly, waterpark admission included.

The price was not as stated on booking.com. I was given 1032.61. I get there and it’s like 1167 and something. They got it down to 1043 and some change and told me there was a miscommunication with the lodge and booking.com on fees. While that was better, still not the original price which I had email confirmation of. We slept here for four nights and used the waterpark two of the four days. I felt it was very expensive.
