The fresh fruit offered at breakfast.

The a/c was really loud and never cooled the room down. The floor of the room and shower were also loud. The bed frame needs to be replaced. The man in charge of the kitchen started giving me instructions(using the waffle maker) before he said good morning.

I paid a total of $175.00 for a room with NO LAMPSHADE ON THE LIGHTS at the bed. AND the internet did not work. I called down several time and just gave up. the excuse was "we are renovating and we are very full." I understand that you were renovating. That was quite evident from the Trash, including a sofa piled up beside the front door AND the big pile of trash in the hallway just down from my room. The elevators were a mess. Even a light vacuuming would have helped immensely. So, you're renovating, and you're full. Then don't rent out so many rooms. Cut the price on the rooms. The reason I select Hampton when I have other choices is because I know the quality will always be the same. THIS WAS NOT THE QUALITY I EXPECT OF HAMPTON INN. I am very unhappy and I feel that I was ripped off. I have been staying at Hampton Inns regularly for many years.

The pool was dirty water looked green. With the heat we’re having the pool would of been nice to use.The room furniture was old,beat up,dirty with stains nothing matched and no room decor.I feel it wasn’t worth the price
