SOMEONE ALONG THE BOOKING PROCESS PUT THE MIDDLE INITIALS IN FRONT OF THE GUEST'S LAST NAMES, THEREFORE I HAD TO CALL THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO COMFIRM THE ROOMS HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR AND THAT THERE WERE RESERVATIONS IN THEIR SYSTEM, WHICH SHOWS THE RESERVATIONS BY LAST NAME.

Location was great! The hotel is fairly new and all their bedding was in mint condition. Very clean throughout.

I arrived at hotel and they did not have my reservation! Not a trace. I had to pay for my room again!

I will never use booking.com again. What a disaster! I used PayPal to book room. Hopefully they refund my money.

I was very disappointed with the quality of breakfast and the amount of throw away plastic that was offered throughout the meal. Surely this massive hotel chain should be more eco friendly. This meal was all for profit and absolutely nothing for the environment. COME ON HOLIDAY INN DO MORE THAN YOUR BIT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT!
