The rooms are smelly dirty stinky smell like mildew the sheets were dirty towels were dirty would not ever stay there again

My daughter and son-in-law just moved here from Fort Worth. Power went out at house and we needed a place that could accommodate a dog. They were amazing and more than accommodating. Will use again if ever needed.

The older lady at front desk was great!

Most things. Security door in back was never locked. Shower was broken. Hot tub was broken.

Staff was nice

Our room smelled terrible, there were black hairs in the shower and a roach crawling on the wall.

Very nice hotel for a family visit to Brenham. Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool temperature was on the cool side but the kids had a great time. Spa was warm. Gave us a room near the pool. Breakfast was good, hot food, waffles, coffee and orange juice. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The kids loved the pool.

We had to ask for housekeeping, they didn't seem to care that we needed towels or trash taken out.

Not much on the breakfast eggs were a little over cooked

Hotel and room wasn't very clean. Bed was broken one side of the bed was down like it had a broken leg. The floor at the hotel front door was very dirty mud and clay. Bed blanket didn't look very clean hopefully we didn't pick up bedbugs

The elderly lady at the front desk the morning of October 16 was not very nice and She was grumpy. I don't think she is the person that needs to be greating guests.
