Staff is so very nice and friendly. Always a smile when greeting you.

Samir who was on duty at the front desk during our stay was very helpful, however, we had no TV service during our stay. Samir contacted the TV vendor and they were supposed to come and fix the TV but it was not fixed by the time we left.

Not having a TV during our stay was not a big tragedy, but we would have liked to have been able to watch the news if nothing else.

The breakfast was pleasant

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. It was really hard.

Well it was not clean. Specifically the bathroom. The exit door near our stairwell had a door stopper so the pool occupants could reenter. The sign stated do not prop open must re-enter thru lobby. Linen on bed had what appeared to be blood stains. Not just one. Several good size. My friend remarked she was uncomfortable walking on the carpet. On website the place looked good. For the $$ was not expecting you know high dollar, but big disappointment.

I did like that everyone was very friendly and also they was able to put both rooms next to each other.

The breakfast was horrible. It wasn’t kid friendly breakfast, only 2 kinds of cereal raisin brand and frosted flakes. I was very surprised it wasn’t eggs, sausage and bacon. I was just expecting more than it was. Also I feel like the price rates was too expensive just for one night. I had to purchase 2 rooms and it was just way to expensive. The final thing I didn’t like that pets where allowed in the hotel. My last last visit I didn’t experience any of these 3 issues. I feel like these 3 was the down fall of what I didn’t like.

The room was very clean and the king size bed was comfortable.

The air cinditioner could be a little bit cooler.

Only problem I had was no housekeeping came to switch out towels. They only give you two face towels and I had myself, partner and children with me.
