under complete renovation that they don’t state at all they need to be completed closed untill done

Nothing at all. It was by far the most disgusting place ive seen. It was goin through renovations but there were bums laying around. Also water leaks in ceiling. Unfinished floors and a out of order elevator. I refused to stay and got a refund.

It has no sign outside at all to show the name of company. Sheets in the windows. Bums outside. Water leaks in the ceiling. Unfinished floors. Also a out of order Elevator. And a funny smell and rude staff. It was a nightmare.

first room smoke detector was beeping asked if could be fixed moved to another room. 2nd room smelled like an ash tray finally 3rd room was decent. breakfast was supposed to be included probably the only reason I booked this hotel and there was no breakfast asked if we would get money back due to advertised as breakfast included and they said we would and haven’t heard back. old used open soap in the bathroom so who really knows if the room was cleaned from who used it last.

We didn’t even stay here. The owner lied to us and said they had a new owner and couldn’t refund us. There were bugs, smelled like weed and was the most dirty hotel I’ve ever seen.

Everything. Terrible service, nasty hotel didn’t even stay 10 min before leaving and losing $65.

I arrived from Berwyn, IL, 3.5 hrs away, to enjoy my stay with a family member to walk into a mess. This was supposed to be a weekend stay, Friday night until Saturday morning. This hotel should have added an alert stating it was being renovated!!! I was made aware of this once I arrived! It was an uncomfortable stay. The hotel was being renovated. No area to eat in. Food was being served in take home containers. Room key card was used/damaged and was expected to use it, which I did. I took the elevator up to my room, got out of the elevator to walk into a cigarette smell filled room. Proceed to my room, card didn't work. Went downstairs and gave the card to the desk clerk, told him the card was not good He gave me a new card and apologize. New card worked after a few slides and juggles in the card slot. (The key card slots were so worn out). Once I opened the door to my room, the smell of old carpet filled the room. The carpet was sticky. The furniture was broken. ceiling had a hole. The air conditioner let out a smell, like someone smoked in the room. (Smell never went away the two days I stayed). The smell of cigarettes overwhelmed the room, and i was not able to sleep. Bed was comfortable at least. The next day, the key card didn't work because for some reason I was checked out. I wasn't to leave until the next day (Sunday Morning) Not my best stay. I would go back if the renovation was made throughout the whole hotel. It looked run down.

I chose this property because of the location. it’s a good location, but that’s the only good thing about it!

I have waited to write this survey, because I was waiting for Booking.com to refund me my money. Since they haven’t, I am going to shout loud how horrible this hotel was! There was construction going on and it was a terrible mess! The lobby was barely there due to this! There was no free breakfast because the eating area was under construction! Was booked for 3 nights. Had to leave before the second night because we found BED BUGS BED BUGS, BED BUGGWe were moved to another room. There was more BED BUGS! Decided to leave and had to go to another hotel at 12am in the morning. There was marijuana smell in the hallways. Very sketchy people wandering around the parking lot late at night. Called Booking.com for a refund. Still haven’t received it! only stayed 1 night. would like to be refunded for the 2 nights that weren’t used. I believe I should get a full refund for all 3. My 3 year old grandson had bed bug bites all over him. DO NOT STAY in hotel and DO NOT USE Booking.com because they don’t take care of their customers!!!

Oh well they've got some Renovations going on but it's for the better besides a little traffic from Dusty drywall and Painters when you go down to the lobby and only having one entrance in and out the main entrance being shut down you have to go around back to going to the lobby to check but this is all temporary of course have to see what it looks like when it's all done and if we get Continental breakfast back! screw these sack lunches LBVS

I didn't like any of it. The place was all tore apart. I could not understand the guy at 5hr counter. There were people arguing in the hallway. And there was no breakfast, as advertised
