Lobby was such a fun, young, funky space. Rooms were clean, simple and great decor

Although right by the highway, I did not hear the traffic at all. Room was very large and roomy and clean.

In the connecting room was a loud group of people who were up late so that was bothersome. I was also put in a handicapped room so floors were tile and I did not prepare for that( no slippers).

Price.

Kitchy messaging everywhere (but I guess I'm not the generational audience for that aesthetic), bed uncomfortable (rare for a hotel), no place to store clothes except on hooks on walls, pretty loud--I could hear the person in the next room talking at a normal level, no light near the bed, shampoo and hand soap available smelled less-than-desirable, though again, maybe I'm just not the audience for that product. I probably won't stay at this brand again since there are many hotels at this price who don't have these issues.

Was a very convenient location. The hotel was much nicer than we expected. I just wish we could have made use of the pool. Our concert ran so late we couldn't use the pool upon returning. The pool was closed. The next morning we had to return home so we couldn't use the pool.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about it was very modern with great amenities, and was very clean. I will definitely stay there again if there is another event we want to attend down there.

There were some kids in the building for a soccer tournament that were very loud, especially at night running through the halls and knocking on random doors.

The pool was closed due to an accident and I was not informed when it reopened later the same day nor the next day.

I liked the breakfast and the ample comfortable seating available. Room was very clean.

I DID NOT like hearing the toilets flush all night long and showers running through the wall. We were in room 202... think the main sewer line was right there in our wall. Very annoying.
