The desk associate was very sweet

The room was completely unsanitary and was infested with roaches. No alternative accommodations could be made.

The location of the breakfast was good

More variety of hot food, example scrambled eggs, links or bacon

The room was nice other than the filthy toilet that that barely flushed.

My main problem was that the staff did not know how to charge my card for the room properly. The bank clearly showed the payment as pending ( with the deposit fee still attached). the staff was trying to charge my card for the full amount again. my card declined and they called demanding another card. I had to pull off the highway and call my bank only to ascertain that the person at the desk did not know how to charge my card. magically a few days later the charge on my card went through.

Great location. Loved the kitchenette! Nice outdoor gathering space including a grill.

Pool hours could have been extended past 8pm. I expected to be able to plug my chargers directly into a USB port, so I didn't bring a wall plug. No USB ports :(

Perfect location and hotel is nice, clean and safe. Roomy enough for me to get work done and bed is very comfortable. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who asks.

Pool closed early

Travel weekly. Wifi was very slow and poor. Noisy end room each time. Tried to look at a rate for weekly travel and was told that I had to stay 300 nights a year. 2 nights a week wasn't enough for them so I went to Hyatt.

Havent slept that good in a long time. Beds were very comfy. Pool was super nice. Showtime on TV. Breakfast was good!!!!!
