the facility needs some updates

The staff was very friendly.

It's was to much and it wasn't very clean.

Price and location of the property was good. There was enough parking space. Some restaurants were nearby. From location point of view it's a convenient place.

Overall environment of the property was very dirty and unhealthy. When I requested for towels they asked me so many unnecessary questions which was very unusual and insulting!!

Mold on the dresser and the smoke smell in the bathroom of the "non smoking room".

There was nothing that we liked about this motel.

This building should be condemned. The room was filthy, mold in the bathroom, poor lighting, and scary place to stay! Our money should be refunded.

I didn't like much at all.

The room stunk, felt damp, the carpet was damp and sticky, was not vacuumed behind the tables and beds, the dresser drawers were falling apart, the sheets wouldn't stay on the beds, the mattresses were dirty, grimy, and broken down. We were given one towel for 3 people and told to wait for housekeeping to come by to get more. There were no blankets and when I asked for some I was told there were none. There was no breakfast, only coffee and juice. The staff did not seem concerned at all with our needs.

I do not have anything positive to say about either the facility nor the staff.

We were given a room that smelled heavily of mold and mildew. After complaining, we were reassigned to anther room that also smelled - but not as much. However, the toilet leaked, wouldn't flush, and there were dirty footprints all about. Again we complained and were given a third room. The carpet at the entrance was torn badly and presented a tripping hazard. This room also smelled. Then the mini fridge started makin a loud knocking sound which made it impossible to sleep. I unplugged it and went to sleep. Next morning I went to shower only to find that the towels were filthy. Our stay was supposed to last three nights. Instead we checked out that very morning. This was the worst experience that I've ever had while vacationing. This place deserves not being listed by any travel site. The Bates Motel would be an upgrade.

Nothing, it was disgusting

We checked into the room at 10:30PM, the original room was disgusting so we asked to be moved to another room The second room was just as disgusting as the first room Very saggy bed, carpet sticky, bed had hairs and blood and stains all over it Sheets were not cleaned/changed and the sheets underneath are digusting and bugs crawling everywhere We tried laying down a towel on the bed but bugs still crawling everywhere Washroom door does not even close

Price was very reasonable!

Curtains were very old and torn!

The desk attendant was very good. He should work somewhere else.

The exterior is a dump. Security locks broken off exterior doors. Musty odor. In the room the refrigerator didn't work. The bathroom floor was covered with dead insects. We couldn't stay.

dirty, not able to cancel without almost paying as much as room booking. Towels uncomfortable to use. Beds were uncomfortable. lack of fitted sheet on bed. comforter had a cigarette burn. lack of breakfast or even knowledge of it until after booked. rug and wall was peeling in multiple spots.

Not much at all.

The first thing was that you had to check in at a different building like it was a cheap motel. For it being a chain of a major company that was a joke. You basically had to walk past a biker bar to get to a building with the rooms. Then I walked in my room and the light switch on the wall turned NOTHING on. If I didn’t have a flashlight on my phone I wouldn’t have been able to see anything. The room was musty smelling and the bathroom was not the most sanitary to be kind. The posting said it included breakfast with the room fee but all that was was two little machines across from the check in counter for juice and coffee and they said they had “breakfast bars”. Basically nutri grain bars I guess. I told the person I’m fine. I would NEVER stay there again. That place is a joke of a Days Inn. Absolutely pathetic.

Location Bed was comfortable.

No place to sit in the room except on the bed. I needed to do paperwork. No clear directions to get to the room. No remote control. No direction on how to control the TV.

I didn't like the cost as when I booked it was a different price on the booking website. Stay was fine but watch the bill when you get to the hotel. I have sent an email to the motel and no response.

the property looks nothing like in the pictures shown here. it looks old, dirty and dilapidated. honestly looks like a horror movie. I’m sorry to give this review but it’s the truth.

The hallways are dirty with dust and trash all over, the overall facilities are in very bad shape, the lobby looks and smells horrible. In my assigned room the lights didn’t even work, the linens were dirty and looked used. it’s a very scary place.
