the manager was amazing. he’s is the best manager we have ever encountered. he is so dedicated to his job and the Company.

The staff and facility were fine

I woke up and noticed a HOSPITAL BRACELET caught in the blanket!!!! I am absolutely disgusted and shocked that I had slept in the bed for two nights! How did the housekeeper not see that in the linens and WERE THEY CLEAN???? I’m never staying here again, my rating based on that is ZERO

The staff was extremely helpful! They went over and beyond to help me with my bags, from the car and to my room. They helped me figure out the laundry room. I was really happy with the staff.

There was a wet towel in my bathroom! It was hanging up neatly like a clean one. The phone did not work, at all! The reading light on the bedside was broken. There was an empty tissue box in the wall receptacle. The TV remote had buttons that didn’t work. I woke up the next morning and I was cold. Only to find out the window was wide open. I have always stayed for years at this location. But as the years have gone by the property has gone downhill. It is an excellent location, nearby many food choices and shopping. Also near the airport. But I will probably find a new place to stay next time I am in town. It’s a shame because the staff was excellent.

Room was very large and beds were extremely comfortable. Facilities were in good condition and the breakfast area was very well stocked and included a pancake maker for a hot breakfast! The coffee was GREAT! Staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful. We were exhausted and beyond stressed when we arrived at almost 0200, and the lady on the desk that night made everything as simple and quick as possible so we could get to sleep.

The value for the money was good, but we had to cancel our reservation on the other end of our trip because the weekend prices were a bit prohibitive.

The room was small but perfect for the two of us for the two days we were there. The breakfast was good lots of variety. Loved how quiet it was you couldn't hear other people nor cars from the road. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Water pressure in the shower, other than that I didn't have any other issues.

The location was good and the hotel seemed clean. We did not stay in the hotel besides to sleep, or get ready for our day.

The room was sparse and not very comfortable. For some reason we were given the handicap room. There was only 1 chair for a desk and a bench seat by the window, so no place to lounge. The bathroom had lower sink, shower fixtures and toilet, obviously because of the handicap accessibility but it was not very comfortable for a family of 4. All of us are capable so I’m not sure why we were given this room. My family refused to use the shower and therefore lined up when we got home to get clean. And if they were not comfortable and happy, I’m not comfortable and happy.

Carpet so worn and washed, it was buckling in places. Many lights but they were too bright or too dim.

It was a little out of the way but was clean.

We appreciated the help and kindness of the staff. The breakfast was adequate. My wife had problems with the cleanliness of the rooms, mine was fine.

My wife's bed had a fecal stain on her sheet and mattress which was unsettling to say the least.
