blood stains on the walls, semen and other stains on the floor, shims holding the door frame in place. front desk clerk went outside and proceeded to light up a blunt. hall ways smelled of urine and weed

Full thick tall plexi totally surrounding the checkin desk was not welcoming. Felt like a prison visit. A mumbled response when I asked where the elevator was. No elevator. Lugged five bags up stairs with my two small children. Long walk to room. Hotel smelled like cigarettes/cleaner/urine. Holes in blankets, 8” hole in wall, large dent in mini fridge, broken curtain hooks, trash in shelves under window seat, stains on mattress, terrible stains all over bathroom walls and sink. Breakfast consisted of bagels, mini muffins, cereal. We all shared a gallon of milk. juice machine was broken. TV playing sitcom inappropriate for children. Spilled candy on main hall floor by vending. The most disgusting hotel I have ever encountered. Front desk staff were not welcoming, but pleasant.

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. We were afraid to stay there because of how unsafe it felt and how dirty it was.

We were looking for a hotel to stay before we went over the border in Canada and this hotel fit the bill, especially since it accepted pets. The room was very small, but that was okay. The bathroom was decrepit - looked like a place that was in a Horror Movie. Kind of scary. I was afraid to use the shower and only used the toilet as needed, this place needs a major facelift!!!! I cannot say that it was not clean....it was as clean as you can get a construction site that is very, very old. You guys have your work cut out for you. Location is very good. Improvements shouldn't take too much to turn it around. But I cannot stay here again - not like this!

Bathroom was raw and decrepit, needed to finish the tile and the flooring. needed a new toilet seat needed new lighting

The room was disgusting, we ask for a refund and left to another hotel. The walls were falling apart, the bed was dirty, I won't talk about the floor... The worst Microtel I've seen. Others are way better ! This one doesn't represent the Microtel branch.

Beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi worked.

Pervasive smell of smoke throughout. A hole in the shower! (Either the room below us has a leak or there is mold in the wood under the bathroom.) Bathroom was disgusting; not clean. Only one bath towel for a double occupancy room. we asked for another and were told they could only swap it out with the one we had. Much of the room was in disrepair. We dreaded having to return each night.

Location was nice.

Dirty, run down, paint peeling off walls, bathroom door handle broken, carpet stained and I can go on and on. I have never stayed in a hotel that was this dirty and run down in my life.

The sheets were clean. The ac worked.

The window was open in our room when we entered. Somebody had obviously been smoking in there before we arrived. The vanity countertop had been glued back together. The paint in the bathroom was peeling off. The corners of the carpet were disgusting. Breakfast was sad. The toaster was "out of order" as was the juice machine. No fruit. No yogurt. There was dry cereal all over the counter.

The location made is it so we close to where we wanted to be in the area (seeing friends/family).

The hotel inside could of been cleaner (smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in years and reeked of cigarette smell). The carpet was so filthy, it should of been ripped out. If not going to clean it, remove it and replace with tile that can be washed daily. No real breakfast (coffee machine broken whole time there, juice machine broke on 3rd day). No real food for breakfast.
