I liked that the room was as clean and it had a coffee machine and refrigerator in the room.

I did not like that I had reserved a king bed and when we arrived they said only two queens were available and the bathroom was very small. The door kind of blocked the toilet and shower.

The only thing I "liked" about this hotel was the location. It was easy to get to.

EVERYTHING! From check-In to Check-Out. Horrible experience. We went for a convention. I had reserved 4 rooms and when I arrived, they gave me 3. All rooms were sold out and so we had to sleep on top of each other. Rooms are dirty, ceilings are falling down, floor is sticky, faucets are broken, the bathroom sinks were not draining (we had to use the bathtub faucet to brush our teeth), the phones are so disgusting, the control to the TV are sticky and dirty. This is a feedback for ALL 3 rooms I rented. My kids and I fell asleep with our hoodies on praying a cockroach did not climb on us. In case you are wondering why we stood there... well, we arrived around 11pm and all hotels in the area were sold out. We figured we can handle just the one night. NEVER again will I even think of staying here. I prefer to camp under a bridge. I can go on... but I think you get the picture. Unless its an emergency, do not stay here. Spend an extra $40 and go somewhere else. I paid $120 per room/per night. Good luck trying to get a refund.

The wait to check in was over 45 mins. Got to the room and it smelled bad. the floors were sticky, the bathroom door would not close. The tv was Wi-Fi only and kept going in and out constantly. The charged me a 50 dollar deposit that I am still trying to get back. called twice.

Hall ways could have been cleaner and breakfast area could have been cleaner, also hidden fees that were not revealed until check-in.

the breakfast was not good, the only options were waffles and cereal, we ended up paying for breakfast elsewhere, the price was intriguing because of the free breakfast, could have stayed elsewhere for the price and had a better breakfast.

Deep caved in bed, hair under pillow, smelled urine on bed, hook in bathroom missing, toilet not clean, toilet not flushing properly, not enough lighting in room, very cold room, not enough pillows or extra blanket, no rug in room, TV took two hours to fix. When asked for 2 extra pillows or a blanket they said they didn't have any.

No hot water in the shower.
