The hotel was beautiful. Staff was professional but friendly too. Service was exceptional. Quiet & peaceful to relax. Many restaurants & Marina close by… We loved it!

That it needs usb plugs a little more of modernity I did not like the front desk agent I saw first hand how classist she was kinda racist w some people I also don’t like that they charge for parking and they avoid responsibility. What would you charge for parking then parking should be free.

The Room, breakfast

The presentation of the facility is very nice, kind of big but it's a conference center so I guess that's to be expected.

The distance from the parking lot to the lobby. If you're tired, just be aware. My room also had several electrical outlets that weren't working. Also, my room was not the most spacious. But very clean.

The staff is very friendly. The lobby is fantastic and artistic. The beddings are very comfortable. The room is clean.

The wifi is so slow (e.g. loading images), even after the upgrade, and many international websites are blocked, which is significantly affecting my work experience. Other services are great, but I need wifi to work and that is the worst thing.

The location and the building decorations

Valet employees, housekeeping employees are all very friendly and helpful. The location is nice with coffee between 6am-8am in the mornings, and the lobby is a comfortable place to sit.

The bed sheets on one of the beds in the room had stains which I took a picture of to share with the staff. Underneath the floorboards of the bed immediately by the front door had water coming up from underneath the boards, clearly a leak. I let the front desk staff person know and all she said was "Oh, sorry about that." The customer service of the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. This is the second time in a row the rooms have been not up to standards and/or dirty, and I was giving the hotel another chance. I just cannot stay here again, the front desk staff seem to not care about their customers experience at all, nor do they represent the hotel's brand.

 Very nice accommodations. The property was very beautiful and the pool was amazing.

The room and hotel were nice! The little restaurant was nice as well. There espresso machine was broken unfortunately. And they're food was pretty pricey.

You have to pay for parking and it's a bit of a walk. Unless you hire a valer.
