The only positive of the property was the proximity to the airport.

From the staff to the facility itself, this place was awful. We were grossed out the minute we walked through the door, but were open to giving it a chance and seeing our room. We had booked a king room, but ended up in a queen. The smell of cleaning supplies was so pungent upon entering the room we could not even breathe. After cracking a window open and re-booking our flights to leave that evening, as opposed to the following morning, we left the hotel. There was stuff smeared on the walls, dirt and debris in the hallways and elevator, horrific odors.

The front desk staff was great! The hotel is in a great location. They have luggage carts.

I am disabled and requested a room on the ground floor but received a room on the 2nd floor instead. Very disappointed with this as I booked my 2 night stay weeks ahead. A room on the ground floor could have been reserved for me, if the property really wanted to, but they didn't. The hotel have sketchy people that live there and they hang out in the parking lot all day and night, smoking and drinking. The hallways smell of food that have been cooked by people who live there. There were more people who live there than people renting hotel rooms. The blanket was very thin and did not keep me warm at all. Needed the heater on constantly. The microwave had rust on the inside where paint had come off the door, inner walls and under the plate that did not turn at all. On the inside of the handles on the refrigerator and microwave doors have thick dark stains that looks like it's been there for months, if not years. The sink in bathroom had stains and dried crusty stuff on it. Only bar soap is provided, no shampoo or conditioner.

- the receptionists were kind and supportive - the room was clean - the location is nice with respect to UCIrvine campus - ordering from Amazon and laundry service available

- wifi was not working during the entire week of my stay. I had to work on my laptop and I basically couldn’t do it from my room, hence had to stay on UCIrvine campus until late and order taxi.

The neighborhood

Place was not that clean. Bathroom sink had a little bit of mold. No ice maker. Every hotel I have been to has ice machine somewhere in the hotel. Curtains dirty. Surprised since it’s in a very nice location.

The breakfast wasn’t even a real breakfast and the picture of the hotel room on the website did not match the actual room we got.
