The rooms are nice
The staff during the day was rude. Didn't and doesn't like dogs literally just wanted money from us...

The hotel smelt like smoke and very musty. Comforter had cigarette burns all over. Continental breakfast could have been a little bit better options available. Just had waffles, cereal or egg sandwich.

the employee were rude. They made two mistakes and the manager was making it seem my fault but in reality he should probably train his employees better.

Staff was excellent, even the other guest. My son made friends and we we're all one big family there.
We stayed a couple more days, but there was never a offer for clean linens or towels.

No breakfast, made one pot of coffee and that is all, said that the breakfast was going to start in one week, really did not do us any good
Nice pool, except for handicap people, the lift chair is shown in the picture, but it did not work. The computer also did not work, the maid service was not even close to being good, good location, nice to have the discount with Outback. I will guarantee that I will never stay in your Hotel there. Manager and counter staff very nice.

The price.
Plug in bathroom did not work.
Could feel the springs in the mattress. Pillows were bad quality. Card scanner did not work on back entrance which was closest to my room.
There was NO breakfast. Coffee decanter in lobby was broken.
I do not recommend this place.
