It smelled like a pack of cigarettes in my room had bugs and just wasn’t clean to satisfaction

I'm still waiting for my refund

It was dirty in both rooms I went to so I asked for refund and went to another room.

Room was big and spacious, really comfortable bed, that was the best thing about the room.

Didn't stay long enough to find out

the garden outside is gorgeous , had a full size stove and fridge , the bed was very comfortable and could park right in front of my door

the inside of my room had a stains on all the walls one was a yellow color ,the floors are sticky because of the use of not using wood floor cleaner so the varnish is being stripped off and the all purpose cleaner is making it sticky , glad I brought my own towels their bath towels were old , thin and rough , the towel rack was almost completely rusted, went to take a shower the shower head popped off when I tried to adjust it, big shock is what looks to be black mold on the shower wall in the grout

not clean. shower curtain was moldy, tub stained. some kind of over spray of something on the walls.

Room sheets pillows blankets all felt mildewy(I'm sure not a word) the ac vents were filthy I took it upon my self to clean them. The people who work there don't speak good English and talk to you with food in their mouths. They cleared our room out 2 hours before checkout time and through away all the food we had and put our stuff in trash bags. These people operate on the lowest level of consciousness. I can say I liked the unlimited hot water after working 14 hour days.

The people in the office would work on their English.
