I was accomidated when it was found that my ac in my room didn't work. The room was switched promptly and without question. The workout room was a good added thing, i was able to keep with my workout regimine.

The only thing i noticed that would be a chance for an improvement would be to add more waffel stations at preakfast area, this is due to only one waffel maker and several people needing to use it.

Room was clean.

Construction was going on at the entrance of the hotel. No breakfast other than coffee available. It honestly was a mess at the hotel. I was not made aware via email or text before I arrived so that I could have canceled by reservation or had the choice to decide weather I wanted to stay at your hotel.Night we arrived receptionist was not to friendly and never apologized for the inconvenience, I do understand its not her fault but she could have atleast mentioned the inconvenience. Not a good experience at all.

I was there for a birthday celebration. The hotel was very nice, clean and smelled so good. Easy access to I-10. It was located close to good shopping and the venue where the celebration was held.

There was not a thing that I didn't like. The front desk staff was AWESOME!

i loved the room how it had a living room and bedroom. I was glad to stay on the first floor close to the door. it was very quiet i couldnt really hear anyone else in their room.

the wallpaper was peeling off in some spots and the bathroom wouldnt lock. Other than that it was great!

Floors sticky and needing to be vacuumed. No water for the shower in the a.m. when it did come back on it would shut off and on
