It was clean, and right off the interstate.
It seemed kind of old. The tub was worn.

Breakfast was good. The stay was good and the also got a bar from 5-11pm that was cool as well.
The price I had to pay but it’s what came with booking last minute I guess.

Location was ok.
No ice machine on our floor. Our room never was cleaned even requested. The carpet looked disgusting. The tub didn’t drain. I never received the upgraded packages I paid for with booking.com. I was forced to pay $85.00 for my dog to sit in a crate in our room for an hour while we checked in before I could drop him off. The bed was awful. We were sinking in it. There was a huge rip in the comforter. Never ever again will I use the Hilton or Booking.com. I lost a ton of money and I was totally deceived by the package upgrades I paid for.

Great location! Easy access to and from I24 and lots of restaurants. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Loved the bar, happy hour and the friendly staff. The entry area was welcoming. There’s an indoor pool and small gym if desired.
Beds were just okay. I also realized I could have e gotten a much better deal booking through the actual hotel rather than on Booking however it was too late to cancel.

the staff and customer service was awful. housekeeping knocked on my door at 930. the system when down hard to check in.

Rooms were not yet ready at 6 PM, pool was over chlorinated, pool facilities in bad shape, pool deck shower was not operational, pull out sofa supplies were missing from both suites, staff did not bring supplies at our request

Beautiful property
I expected a Hilton to have really comfortable beds but this one didn’t. I didn’t sleep well at all. We’ll be going back to the Baymont next year. Their beds are superb. Serta black series is what you need.

The motion sensors on the hot tub didn’t seem to wear, there were large, sharp pieces of plastic in the pool, and food sitting on the edge of the pool.

The jacuzzi tub was great!
White stains all over carpeting & also cigarette hole in carpeting, blood on comforter. Room definitely needed a deep clean in a bad way. handle on shower door was broke & the bed was so bad that both my husband and I woke up hurting & more tired from it.

There were some noticeable aging effects to the room we were in. Ceiling had cracks and the bathroom needed some cosmetic work. I always have remembered this hotel chain as more fancy and kept up on. This particular one did not seem so. Beds were comfy.

It was convenient to everything. Has a nice coffee bar in room.
Room was very dated. Pillows were so flat you didn't even know you had a pillow. Couches in front lobby very nasty and trash overflowing. Shower door was falling off couldn't even close it. Shower head water barely came out took forever to wash with water not coming out. Carpet and floors had hair everywhere. The jacuzzi tub jets didn't stay on had hair in tub. For the money it I'd not worth it. Will not go back our first time and last. Wanted to try a new place but not again.

The accessibility to I-24 was very convenient. The hotel was what you’d expect from Hilton. it was very clean and up-to-date. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The A/C didn’t work very well. The room was a bit stuffy.
