It was easy to find and easy to get to our room

Room was a little outdated. Could use some cosmetic work

These are the things I didn't like. 1. Upon check-in, the receptionist wasn't very friendly nor welcoming at all. 2. The bathroom was not safe. I would have enjoyed a soak in the spacious bath tub, but there were no grab bars nor sticky tape on the bottom of the tub, so I was afraid to use it. There was no bath mat either. Had to use a towel. 3. The shower was dark and could have used a light. The grout was dirty and gave the shower a dingy feel. The controls for the water were difficult to get to a comfortable temperature (Room 237). 4. There were only two electrical outlets under the desk and both were used for the TV and the lamp above the desk. I had to sit on the couch at the coffee table (not comfortable) to plug my laptop in so I could do my work. More outlets near the desk needed. 5. The AC kicking on and off frequently made sleep fitful. 6. Breakfast was limited and unappealing.

These are things I liked. The room was clean. The coffee was good. Remote check-out was nice.

Easy to find, close to everything I needed.

Room had hair everywhere. In the bed, in the bathroom, in the shower. Air conditioner squeaked loudly at random times through the night and woke me up constantly.

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly Staff.

No coffee maker in room. Black mold on ceiling above the bed. Only 2 towels and washcloths for 3 people.

The location was closer to Wal Mart

Smaller refrigerator than I thought.

Staff was super friendly.

Checkin was through what looked to be a bullet proof window. The smoke free rooms smelled like smoke and we were woken up at 1am by a guest banging on the door.

The convenience was great for gas, dining and close to interstate

Cleanliness is not expensive it takes work on the employees part. They should want to be proud of there product and management should be proactive. Corporate should be interested of reputation and make sure necessary supplies are available.

Everything just can’t stay there because it by Wyndham. Just got put on DNR because of country inn because the tv was supposedly to loud when it was. But that happened on New Year’s Eve and they just now telling me I can’t stay there
