The staff were friendly and helpful when they could be.

We arrived, and the room was not clean. The tub was dirty, there was a roach on the floor, and the bathroom door was covered in hair. When asked to switch rooms, we were told the property was completely booked. I wouldn't have gotten my money back to go elsewhere. Full breakfast was advertised on Booking.com. There were no hot items, milk for the cereal the first day or juices. The second day had milk but no full breakfast. Simply grab and go items like bagels and prepackaged muffins. I have stayed at this property before where these issues did not occur. I don't think we'll stay again. I had hoped it would be my go to since my daughter starts college there soon.

The location was great.

Unfortunately, we found a bug in our bed when we checked our sheets. I was a bit hesitant anyway due to the mixed reviews but decided to try it. The bug did it for us. Price and location was great, but can't do bugs. No issues with getting a refund and wasn't willing to try another room.

Non smoking room smelled from cigarettes. Floor dirty, Entrance door inside needing repairs and coat of fresh paint.

The staff was friendly and the building looked nice on the outside. I liked that I could find a room for a good price.

I didn’t like that I found bed bugs on/in the bed when I checked into my room and as routine, checked the bed for this kind of thing. The room smelled of cigarette smoke when it’s a non-smoking room. The A/C unit in the room was filthy. The mattress had some stains on it. Main problem was the bed bugs. I quickly requested my refund and checked out.

The price. But you get what you pay for, especially here. The pictures on bookings.com are VERY misleading! This was the dirtiest, most unprofessional place I have stayed in 43 years.

Awful experience from start to finish. At check in I was told the King room I booked was no longer available. I was put in a queen smoking room. It smelled like an old musty bar and I’m a smoker! There was no compensation for their lack of accommodating my original booking. My 2 night stay was only 1 night, because I left and went to another hotel. No compensation for me forfeiting my 2nd night stay. When I turned in my key Things within the Days Inn’s control: - very dusty and broken lamp shade, questionable substance stuck to the headboard, very loud and rattling bathroom fan, and toilet barely flushed. I had to go have my key card reset to my room on Saturday morning, and when I turned the key cards in after night one, the front office smelled of strong marijuana and the man checking me out was clearly high. Things Days Inn may not have been responsible for: -drug deal in the parking lot when I arrived, one neighbor having a loud get together until 1:15am, the neighbor on the other side having extremely loud marathon sex, police in the parking lot at 4:10am, fight on the balcony a few doors down on Saturday morning. I would not recommend this place!

the price wasn’t bad.

the tv had black lines in it. there was cigarette burns everywhere. the coffee pot was missing the pot and another piece.

While not an early bird for breakfast it is in wonder that I find coffee cannot be provided for those like I and my wife or others after. Is it really that difficult?? Its a pot /carafe not that problematic please!
