kind of dirty and worn out also, the hidden pet fee was a rip off. It’s never mentioned until you get to the hotel 50 bucks plus $10 a night really I actually left a day early and couldn’t even get any money back at all not even a pet fee for the night. Not too happy.

the option to be able to cook while you are staying there was great. The refrigerator came in handy and was actually cold.

the only problem I had was the traffic from people trying to get to chick-fil-a was horrible making it a hassle to get on and off the street the hotel is on.

I liked that there was a small stove to cook on.

They completely messed up our stay knocked on our door and said that we owed $50 and we had to go down to the front desk with barely any explanation of why and then we were told oh never mind y’all are good to go with no explanation of what happened whatsoever there were bugs on the ceiling and on the walls coming in through the window. Several of the linen bundles we got had blood or nasty stains on them. We got called at the wee hours in the morning, claiming that somebody made a noise complaint while me and my partner were asleep in bed. They said that they didn’t know who it was but for us to make sure we were being quiet the Wi-Fi did not work half of the time and we had to call the other company to get it fixed several times.

Filled with roaches, dirty, slamming of the doors all night. They had maintenance come and spray while you are there. Other guest banging loudly in their rooms ( slamming cabinets, doors the walls ). No quality sleep was there. The shower head poured water out when you ran the bath tub. No hot water. The tub didn't even stay plugged. Broken cabinets ( kitchen and bathroom ). Refrigerator was disgusting. You have to clean your own room and take your trash out. No one ever comes and ask if you need clean towels or anything. Microwave was dirty. The beds are from pull out couches. Uncomfortable. Allowed animals, but people leave them in their rooms and leave. So you deal with barking all night and jumping. Try opening the window to draw out the noise but that didn't work. Your by the highway so you'll hear the traffic but the people inside was louder. If you bring up a concern to the staff,they brush you off and are rude. Don't do booking online. Always book with a hotel. I wish you could give negative stars.

Overall, it was just a "meh" experience. The staff seemed knowledgeable but came across as disinterested. The facility was clean but the decor was outdated and sparse. After looking at the room prior to check in (refunds aren't allowed if they charge you first and you are dissatisfied) we elected to change the booking from multiple nights to just one. It was just meh...
