Staff was friendly

Tv kept turning off randomly. Ac was loud and barely worked. Wouldn’t go lower than 73 or let me change at all. AC Wouldn’t stay on. Got locked out of room and had to go to front desk. Initially had room 104 and it was dirty so they moved me to another dirty room ( but cleaner than the first). Toilet paper cheap. Vending machines broken

The cleanliness of the room

The location was ideal.

The rooms were nasty and the staff seemed to not care. I spent a lot of money paying for the rooms and still didn’t get refunded cause I couldn’t allow my wife to stay in such terrible conditions.

We liked the free hot breakfast, modern look, nice staff and clean room.

We could not find available front desk staff late in the evening and there was a towel shortage.

The coffee was good and so was the yogurt.

My wife and I were not happy with the breakfast at all. We have stayed at this hotel about 12 times and one of the reasons we stay there is the breakfast had been decent for the money we had payed in the past. The fake eggs we round circles of something which did not have any taste but was yellow. There was no bacon instead there were these round sausage things. Usually they have some decent buns but not this time. This was a very disappointing breakfast.

I really didn’t because all of the road work that was going on.

When I was taking a shower the water went ice cold. The safe in the room beeped for hours until someone came to fix it. I had to walk down to the front desk to tell them about the safe because the phones in the room didn’t work. And the pool was dirty and the breakfast was nasty
