There were no towels in my room and the staff acted as if it was an inconvenience to get them for me. They didn’t even offer to bring them to my room.

Location was fine, and breakfast was good

Room was not clean (there were papers on the floor, and other debris), There were no blankets for the beds, and none in the room, and the temperature outside was cold. I had to go to the office to request blankets. There was no bathmat for the tub/shower, and only two large towels-no hand towels at all. For the price, we should have gone elsewhere. The room needed updating-torn, ragged carpeting. I wouldn't even take my socks off for fear of what I was walking on

The staff was kind and polite.

The fire detector was dying we had no TV remote. I couldn't get extra towels or wash clothes there was only 1 also the room smelled bad and they tried to fix it but....

WASN'T GIVIEN GOOD DIRECTIONS ON WHERE TO FIND BREAKFAST. SMOKE ALARM WAS MISSING. WIRES HANGING FROM WALL.

The room was clean and the ladies that work the front were very nice.

I arrived for breakfast at 8:52 and nothing was available but waffle mix (with no non stick spray)some bagels and toast. I had to go back down and get the manager to make coffee which was also empty. she said 3rd shift handles it but that was still a bother. She was great about making me some coffee and trying to fix the juice machine which was not only unplugged but empty.

The property reeked of Marijuana No towels in room And when I got towels they were stained Breakfast was virtually non existent
