Nice staff.

Our air conditioner couldn’t keep the room cool enough in the 60s-70’s in November. I think just dated. The bed was not comfortable for us so didn’t sleep well. I think it was booked to capacity so some issues were related to that like it being noisy and hard to get breakfast.

Wendy, the lady who served breakfast, was exceptional! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we wanted. 👏🏼👏🏼

Parking lot was not of the best design. The room cleaning schedule should be every other day versus every three days, and room trash pick-up and towel exchange should be daily. Better hot breakfast selections. Seems all was microwaved. The mattress was too soft and lumpy. Pillows were flat.

The breakfast was really good, one of the best hotel breakfast options I've had. We checked in Sunday night and the traffic noise in our room (318) kept my wife awake. I asked the clerk Monday morning whether we could exchange rooms for a quieter location. She put us in room 515 and we had a much quieter Monday night. Very pleasant, very efficient. Solved the issue.

We wish we could have stayed longer.

The location was amazing. Every store within a half of a mile or less. Right next to highway for access. The room was large with enough space for entire family. Staff was awesome and were helpful with extra blankets.

I can’t say enough about this hotel, the room was clean & well lit. The bathroom was clean and the shower felt wonderful but the bed, omg I can honestly say if I could of thrown it in my car I would’ve.. I have never had a more comfortable bed. I felt like I was sleeping on feathers. The pillows were so comfortable that I was asleep in a matter of minutes.. the staff was so friendly an made us feel so comfortable & safe, I never want to stay at another place again, I’m hooked for life..

We stayed in a clean, spacious, modern suite. Blackout shades were wonderful. Breakfast was decent.

Bathroom was small and had no fan. Lighting was not sufficient, making the room oddly dark. Front desk staff was ok but not outgoing or explanatory at all.

Location was decent. It was close to where we needed to be. There wasn't anything that stood out that I liked in particular.

The front desk staff weren't very friendly and it looked like they hated their job. The bathroom in our room smelled terrible, like a chemical or some sort of old soap/chemical. The toilet seat was loose and it creaked. The room smelled terrible and I don't think it was clean.
