The property was clean and well maintained.

Towels needed to be accessed at the reception desk and not easily accessible by pool as other properties I have stayed are located.

the bathroom was not as clean as I would like, the bathroom sink was clogged in one of our two rooms, the bathroom fan was very noisy

Really like this hotel which is at central of everything in Key West.

We liked everything. For breakfast maybe non fat/non dairy milk as option. Omelettes were really good. Staff great. Near by the main places of interest.

Illumination in the room, I would have liked some blackout curtains. My personal liking.

The pool and the omelette station was our favorite! The bed was comfortable. Our view of the pool was beautiful. Parking garage was extremely convenient for both our rental car and our golf cart rental! Highly recommend staying here. The staff went above and beyond and they were always smiling. Some of the staff didn't speak English but they tried to understand us and that made us feel comfortable. Thank you for making our Anniversary special.

Nice staff! Everyone smiled and said hello when you walked past. The pool was really nice - great temperature and comfy lounge chairs. Although I was excited about the omelet bar, it wasn't fantastic. It was nice, but nothing super special. The other parts of the breakfast were your normal bananas, toasts, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, etc. The rooms were delightful - bright and cheery. Ours overlooked the pool and had a little lanai. The bed was comfy; they had a microwave & mini-fridge as well as a safe. Everything you needed. The hotel also had a parking lot which is nice since it's crazy to park in Key West.

What I liked about my stay was that the property was so clean, very clean beautiful room. Our bed was so comfortable, got a good nites sleep. Breakfast was a plus, omelette bar by the pool nice too. The front desk and grounds staff were very friendly. I would recommend staying here while in the Keys. Also very close to Duvall Street with lots of shopping and a variety of restaurants. Also the pool area is very nice and clean.

I couldn’t find a thing I didn’t like.

The location was great, the staff was amazing, and the hotel was very clean.

The price seems excessive, but I guess it’s just because of the location.

This is our third time staying here. The staff are ALWAYS the best! Always a pleasant experience dealing with them. Fun and friendly group! The pool is also why we continue to return. It’s a quiet relaxing environment. Everyone is just hanging out and relaxing. It’s not a super crowded environment where you’re continually trying to get a lounge chair. Breakfast every morning until 10. Great omelette station.
