Very comfortable room. Very welcoming. Charming and atmospheric hotel. Excellent evening entertainment. Restaurant exceptionally good. Well located. Highly recommended!

Nothing. it was expensive but worth it.

Staff was helpful and pleasant. Nora in office was excellent. She was helpful in every way from check-in to check-out. Nice breakfast offered and good. Surroundings are well kept, and I liked the pool and plantings, so a pleasant atmosphere. Room decor cute and maid service was good. Shower was okay with okay water temperature.

Bed was not comfortable. Toilet seats in our bathroom and restaurant bathroom (both men & women) are loose and poor quality. Had to take stopper out of bathroom sink to make it drain. Music from bar area was loud late into the evening. Somewhat annoying when wanting to sleep at 11:30 PM.

Don’t be influenced by its name, this warm and welcoming small hotel on Duval Street is open to all adults. While the rooms are smallish and the hotel amenities limited, the location is great and the place is immaculate. The “free” breakfast is in the main restaurant. It is from a somewhat limited list of 5 choices and includes unlimited coffee and tea. While annoying at first glance, there was probably enough to satisfy most guests basic needs — our eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast were very tasty — or you could order at cost from the regular menu. We weren’t able to make it to the main event at the LaTeDa’s Cabaret, but thoroughly enjoyed the live performers entertaining nightly in their bar.

There is a cute pool on site but its small size and location in front of the main restaurant might discourage its use. While Duval Street comes with its own noise risks (people, motorcycles, etc.), avoid room 22. Its location next to the dining room and near the evening entertainment makes it a bad choice for anyone who wants any level of quiet between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm.
