Localisation idéale : L’hôtel est très bien situé, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des attractions et commodités environnantes.
Petit-déjeuner décevant : Offert uniquement sous forme de plats à la carte avec un choix limité, pas de boissons chaudes de qualité.
Manque d’attention à l’arrivée : Le lit n’était pas fait, ce qui donne une première impression négative.
Choix de boissons limité : Pas de variété et aucune bouteille d’eau disponible dans la chambre, un minimum attendu.
Absence d’équipements de base : Aucun sèche-cheveux ni adaptateur pour prises étrangères, ce qui peut compliquer le séjour pour certains voyageurs.

Property was very central and close to the subway, within walking distance to most venues
it was very well past it’s use by date, beds were uncomfortable, you could hear the room next door and the heat/conditioning unit was so old and loud, restaurants was inadequate and not lounge area for guest.

The location of this hotel is excellent. You’re right on top of many restaurants, a new food court (the Hugh) and multiple subway stations with excellent links. The hotel is easy to reach from JFK using the air train ($8.50pp) and changing at Jamaica subway station to arrive directly outside your hotel ($2.90pp, per ride). The hotel was clean and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The decor is a little dated. There is large no central foyer so don’t get ideas of grandiose hallways! The bar wasn’t open when we stayed.

Location and price were hard to beat, we stayed for 9 nights and it became our home away from home. Staff was absolutly lovely and helpful, the gym was a nice addition. Expensive - but everything in Manhattan is.

Michael at the front desk was super helpful and courteous. Other staff were also very nice. The room was good not great. Not well lit. The location couldn't have been better. We had a great time.

The only point that is good about this property is the location and absolutely nothing else.
The staff were very impolite, disrespectful and ignorant. As some of them didn't event know that there is no laundry room for the guests in the hotel. The inclusive breakfast is a scam.

The prices of Manhattan hotels are insane, even though I was able to book this one way in advance for a decent rate. It wasn’t the most amazing accommodation, but it was clean, close to the subway, they were great about storing bags, and all of the front desk staff that we spoke to were nice enough.
The line for the breakfast cafe was too long, so after a few minutes we decided to go around the corner. There are plenty of great breakfast spots nearby with better ambiance.

Excellent hotel, stayed with our 3 teenage daughters in family room on 31st floor, housekeeping every day, came back to fresh towels and sheets every day, staff were so nice, they kept our bags the day we checked out until we were picked up for the airport. Excellent experience 👏

For a family of 5 the sofa bed was perfect- and still a great size room! Much better than I have seen in many other cities. Clean room and super nice staff. Would absolutely stay here again.
If we were being super picky would have liked more pillows in the room- but all you have to do is ask!

Staff was great. Gym was nice. Restaurant area being open as a lounge in non-dining hours was very nice. Good location. Can be difficult to find a room for a family of 5, so was a good find.

the location, the room was nice a spacious and the view was beautiful especially at night.
paying $110 for parking, which staff said THAT was a discount, they tried charging my credit card without my knowledge and got rude when it when I called them out on it.

We had the corner room which had an amazing view of the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to this hotel.

Great location, short walk to subway, several nice places to eat close to the hotel. Always felt safe, never worried about anything. We were a group of 5 women traveling alone.
I liked everything. If i had to complain about one thing and this really isn't even a complaint, it would be that the beds were to hard for my liking but that is just a personal opinion and really nothing to complain about.
