Right off 41 very convenient to our destination. Parking just outside the room.

Ok, so the toilet in the room is round but, the seat they have on it is oblong. Quite a challenge to use. Gutters leaked right outside our room so the area was always wet. Breakfast room was nothing to speak of.

Like a motel, parking was right outside of the door. Staff seemed happy to be there. Plenty of ice in the outdoor machine once it was located. Lobby staff seemed to space visitors out so there was a minimum of outside noise. Very good coffee in the breakfast area.

Door was open after I checked in, except leaves and paper blew into the room. One morning of no hot water in the bath/shower. The box a/c unit was effective (fairly new LG brand) but loud. ‘Upgraded’ breakfast bar but fruit was scarce except for bananas.

The room smelled awful, the pool wasn’t clean, the bed needed a heavier blanket, the parking lot didn’t feel safe.

The location was great. The day shift staff were very friendly.

No vending machine. My husband has diabetes and his sugar went low. Didn't pack snacks so I went looking for a vending machine. Had to go into the office and thank goodness I found some sugar stuff for him. But the lady at the front desk didn't seem interested in me bothering her watching her videos. She was short with talking and I told her to have a good night and she responded in a low tone yah. No smile, no greeting, no have a good night too or thank you.

Room was dirty. Paint was pilling off the wall. Only 1 set of towels, no shampoo, had to make 2nd trip to office. Breakfast was almost non existent. Not the same quality as other motels under the same name.

The only thing decent was breakfast. Rooms needs remodeled.

There are roaches. ugh, and the carpet is wet, too much humidity. there was no vending services.

The price but that wasn't even good considering how bad the property was.

Asked for handicap room, was told "they all are handicap rooms". For to the room and there were no grab pokes in the tub. The TV in both rooms we were in lost picture. The shower in 1st room (rm 127) was not working. The water was coming out of the shower head and the faucet. The property was rundown. There was a person living in the handicap room (rm 101). There was a truck that was on lifts in the parking lot. On the day of check out we saw a women that may or may not have been a prostitute. There were seedy looking men around the property the whole time we were there
