Desk Staff could be more pleasant housekeeping very nice

Staff was NOT very welcoming or inviting. It’s not that she was mean but very disgruntled and not super helpful. When we were checking out the woman came to check our room for our deposit. As my husband was carrying out our 10 month old she snapped what is that? I said questionably… a baby? She said what did he just put into your car? I said a baby. She said how many you got? I said two. She looked at me weird and walked away. I thought it was slightly rude to ask what did he just put into your car. Hotel did not have or provide hair dryers. As far as the rooms, it wasn’t terrible. Decently clean. Bathrooms clean. Would love new comforters/blankets and a hanging rack for beach stuff. (If a hotel would have swifers or brooms in rooms it would be amazing! I’ve only stayed in a few that had them. I like things really neat and clean.)

Reception was cold and not friendly *Wifi continually disconnecting *Dead bugs & unknown substances in the drawers *Hot water from sink never got hot and just dribbled out *No shampoo/Conditioner provided *Free breakfast: Snack cakes was all the had left to offer Will NEVER stay here again. Shame on booking. Com for having this hole in the wall on their list!!!

There’s a handy man named Paul. He was so kind and always making sure we were well taken care of. From switching out the fridg to lending us a beach umbrella.

It had that stale cigarette smoke smell to it when we first entered, but by the second day, it wasn’t an issue. I think the room had just been closed up for a bit.

I did not stay the place was horrible it's down in a place where a bunch of drug traffic I didn't stay

It's in a horrible place the room is not that great I did not stay I asked to look at the room she showed me the room I did not like it and I did not stay and they wanted to charge me anyways

location near the Ringling was good. the shower was powerful and hot, the bathroom was recently renovated.

Cynthia at the front desk was pretty rude. she and the other woman were not welcoming at all (the housekeeper was lovely). the photos on Booking definitely don’t show that the outside is dirty and run down, and that the bedrooms are very in need of an update. the lamps did not work, and even my room key was filthy. door felt as if someone could break in with a paperclip. Wi-Fi very weak, unsecured and patchy. Cynthia and/or the other woman started yelling at local dogs and people at 5:30am.

there were roaches in my room and there was no ice machine, I went to the front desk for a bandaid and she had no first aid kit. I was frightened to sleep in the bed
