Large comfortable room with great views.

I parked in the handicapped parking on the second floor of the garage due to my older mother who uses a walker and wheelchair. In order to enter the area where the elevators were it was necessary to go up a short incline and manually open a heavy door. This was difficult for me to do while pushing my mother in her chair and would have been impossible for a person who uses a wheelchair and is travelling alone.

I did not like the $25 fee that I could buy something with yet never used it

Clean and well kept. Friendly and helpful staff from check in to check out. Cook , Regina, is exceptional and makes the best omelette! Mr. Dave is a ray of sunshine with his friendly and witty personality every morning during breakfast.

Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke. This issue was rectified very quickly by management. Taylor ensured to offer a method to resolve the inconvenience and we greatly appreciate him for this.

Hidden fees and they did not have updated information for me. They has king room should have been queen

The air conditioning not working good. I have to request a fan. I think the price is expensive when we really never have the housekeeping service.

I would NOT stay here again! We came for a fun girls trip. For$300 a night we got rude uneducated front desk staff, a restaurant and bar with rude uneducated staff with ill equipped bar and services (like a shuttle) that just didnt exist. Location was all it had going for it but we could have stayed at other close by hotels. Hindsight...

parking was awful. Wait for elevators excessive every time. Too noisy in dining areas. Had to eat in room. Dining room was meeting room for a company.

A little costly

The lobby had pleasant aesthetics and the staff was friendly.

There were clothes lying on the bench upon entrance and I could not use my app upon arrival to check in. I was unaware I had to pay for parking and was notified of this at check-in. The couch in our room and the carpeting looked grungy. The view, though out of your control should be portrayed in a disclaimer. Your photos are deceiving on your website. They portray a beautiful view when in reality we are staring at a crane that says HOAR in big letters across it. Total transparency is appreciated and even a discount because the hotel is not as nice as it is portrayed.
