the location was great. it is close to a few food places and across the street from a store. the beach is 5 mins away.

it needs A LOT of updates. it seems out of place for the area it is in.

Excellent location with bonus of Publix across the street. Room was basic, clean and quiet. Free breakfast not good but had hot coffee.

The size of the room was fine. The floors were not clean. The freezer melted my ice cream. Trash was not once removed. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels in 2 day. AC is archaic! A unit IN THE WALL? Super loud all night. Killed 2 roaches in the bathroom. Place is a sty. Upon check in the greeting was less than hospitable. No rooms on ground floor, and NO elevator. Room decor is dirty, and old. Terrible lighting and all outlets inconveniently placed. Not acceptable. I’d pay 3 times that to NEVER stay there again. It doesn’t cost anything to maintain a clean environment that is not in disrepair. Shameful what passes for “clean”.

I did not Like that it was dirty, dark, loud and the back parking lot had unusual activity late at night. Did not feel safe!

Breakfast...cereal. if u want to call that breakfast.

Parking was located in the back with no lights. Very filthy with a dumpster over filling with trash. Something you'd see in a new York alley. Also not enough parking spaces at all. Rooms smelled, cock roaches everywhere, I cried I spent$200 for garbage!

There was no welcome water or drinks in the fridge (even if I had to pay for it) The room was not cleaned until we left (not sure if I had to request it)

Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Everything worked. Price was reasonable.

At checkin the clerk was rude and couldn't understand that i wanted to use a different card than I reserved it with. The beds were hard, and the room needs updated.
