Free shuttle to airport. Modern, clean hotel. Courteous staff. Excellent breakfast buffet.

I like that it was close to the airport. It also had a good waterfront view.
The hotel was SUPER dated. The building itself was kind of run down. Upon arrival, they couldn’t find my reservation. The check in process was over extended due to that. The person helping had to go get the manager so many times, it would’ve been easy if the manager just came out and helped me himself. There were ants in the room. The shower didn’t work. I had to switch rooms twice for that reason alone. The internet also didn’t work on one of the TVs either.

No continental breakfast. Walls were thin, woke several times in the night thinking someone was coming into the room.

Close to airport
AC had been out and had only been fixed a few hours! It took most of night to cool back down. We were not informed a head of time. You had to pay additional to park car not included in room fee that had to be paid on an App.

Staff and facility were great
Paid Booking.com and was still billed by Marriott. Talked to the manager three times about a refund. I was told I would get one on each call but never received one. Left a message with the operations manager but he never responded. Have resorted to state consumer protection agency to get a refund for the erroneous billing.

We were told upon check in that we had complimentary breakfast included but the next day when we asked about it they told us it is not included.
The room was dirty. When taking a shower there was water all over the floor afterward. When turning on the faucet, water would spill all over the sink.

The hotel did not fit my criteria for a Marriott.

No breakfast. Took shuttle to airport at 2:40 am. We left car parked for a week. The shuttle picked us up again and returned us to our car. Driver was very nice.
Many hotels have water in lobby that we didn't have to buy.

They could not find my booking through third party, stood around for 40 minutes and eventually they found my booking. Finally arrived at my room and needed a desperate shower and no hot water, apparently the boiler was being worked on and had to make due with a cold shower.
