I had to pay AGAIN for the room, staff claimed booking.com “never pays them.”
Room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, trim falling off, sliding door handle literally falling off, air conditioner didn’t work well dumped water every time it turned on. Key cards didn’t work in multiple places, big hassle. I thought I was safe with a Courtyard Marriott - not this one it was BAD.

The housekeeper that walked with me to find a luggage cart was an absolute joy to chat with when we first checked in. Then it all went downhill from there.
